The International Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (IFILA) is the successor of European Federation of Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA). IFILA is unique think-tank which endeavours to facilitate a meaningful exchange of views on relevant and timely issues on all aspects of European and international investment law. This blog, which is run by Young IFILA members, serves as a platform for a fact- and merit-based discussion. In particular, this blog aims to foster an objective debate about the current system of investment arbitration.
